Meet our Staff

Executive Director

Timothy Gray grew up in Upper Bucks county area. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration from George Fox University, a MA in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a BA in Corporate Communications from Penn State University, a Diploma in Biblical Foundation from Jackson Hole Bible College and he is fully ordained as Reverend from the International Ministerial Fellowship. Before coming to YFCLV, he was school administrator/head of school at Quakertown Christian School for four years and served as a Pastor for ten years in Jackson Hole Wyoming.

Northeast Middle School Site Director:

Hannah Bovard is the daughter of John and Joanie Bovard.  Hannah attended Campus Life programs all through middle school and high school (and was known for the brownies she would bake for the weekly clubs!). After graduating from high school, Hannah continued volunteering with YFC all through her time at Northampton Community College and Moravian College, especially with the middle school program. Hannah felt that God was leading her to continue to work with young people in her future career, and as a result is now attending Lehigh University for her Master’s in School Counseling. Hannah currently works as a part-time staff and director of the Northeast Middle School Campus Life club.  

Quakertown Site Director- Freefall

James Boyle is currently attending Delaware Valley University as an Accounting major. He graduated from Pennridge High School in 2020. James has been active in travel soccer, earned is Eagle Scout rank in BSA and was active in his church. He looks forward to working with the  youth.

Quakertown Site Director- The Drop

Ashley Clouse attended Campus Life programs all through middle school and high school with the Mason-Dixon YFC chapter in Hanover, PA. She was a student at South Western High School. After graduating high school in 2013, Ashley attended Shippensburg University. She interned with Mason-Dixon YFC the summers of 2013-2016, specifically assisting with the middle school program. After graduating college in 2017, Ashley moved to the Lehigh Valley area. She married her husband, Zac, in 2018. Her daughter was born in 2020. She felt lead to get involved with YFC in the Lehigh Valley area, and starting the Quakertown Campus Life clubs.
